Raj K Vesana - CEO
Raj comes with over twenty three years' corporate experience and entrepreneurship. He started his career in India with Acer Engineers and soon moved to head the branch for The Business Line where he played the key role in business operations. He has taken international operations in his next project with Novasoft Information and identified new markets in South Asian countries.

Soon after he took over as the Vice President of Kwicksoft, he oversee business initiatives in US, Dominican Republic and Singapore. He then became the practice head at Bates, Project Management company and contributed significantly in practice management, thought leadership, delivery of consulting engagements and solutions, business development. He was also responsible for Financial Management, Management Accounting, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Performance Management, Revenue Assurance.

Before joining Blueshift, Raj was heading a NGO, Touchwood Ecological and Social Foundation that works in the Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve with the main focus being on conservation and protection of the already fragile ecosystems. he have succeeded in bringing together the indigenous communities of the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve and its buffer zones together in the conservation and protection efforts of the National Tiger Conservation Authority. To this extent the MTR was conferred with the prestigious “Excellence Award” in the Category of “Involvement of Local Communities & Eco-development” for the year 2010 – 2011.

Raj holds an Bachelor Degree in Engineering and PMP certified professional.

Krishnan Pudupakkam Mudumbai - Vice President (Technology)
Krishnan comes with an experience of over eighteen years in varied industries at companies such as QuScient Technologies, Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., Solutions Net, ADP, Zurich Payroll Solutions Ltd, Kumaran Systems, Synectics (Shriram Group).

Earlier as the Assistant Vice President at QuScient Technologies, he was directly involved in setting up the Solution Net onsite development team at Muscat. He provided technology expertise, strategy and project management for Aveva (UK), CANBANK FACTORS LTD, Al Omaniya Financial Services (SAOG) (Muscat), Payroll Solutions.

Krishnan is an M.B.A. in Technology Management from Anna University, Chennai, holds an MCA degree and a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from Madras University.

Pari Ranganathan - Vice President (Business Relations and Operations)
Pari, who has been with Blueshift since 2005, heads the Chennai Centre of Blueshift Information Systems. He is in charge of the professional services team, services delivery, client management and customer support.

He comes with over twelve years of experience in the IT Industry. He has held leadership positions in program management, delivery management, sales & pre-sales, business requirement analysis, account management, customer relations, end-user training and business consulting. Pari brings on board strong domain expertise in the Education and HR space and has been working closely with large corporates and top academic institutions in India consulting on technology, process management and quality. Prior to Blueshift, Pari delivered business development and analyst mandates in technology firms.

Pari is an M.B.A. from ITM, Chennai and a BE from SIT, Bangalore University.
