  1. ALLIANCE reserves the exclusive right to reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof.

  2. A non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- is payable by every candidate on registration for ALLIANCE.

  3. All disputes in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Bangalore.

  4. All the information pertaining to ALLIANCE will be posted on the web site, and no separate communication, by email or other means, will be sent to candidates. If such other means are used, it does not constitute an obligation to continue to use such means.

  5. The information that you provide in the application form will be used by ALLIANCE. You may receive information through email or other form, on matters unrelated to ALLIANCE and you agree not to object to such mailers.
