  1. I here by agree to abide by the conditions and declare that the information furnished by me in the on line form is true & correct to the best of my knowledge. I am aware that my candidature for BSAUEEE 2010 and subsequent processes can be cancelled by B.S.Abdur Rahman University at any stage if the information furnished by me is found to be incorrect.

  2. B.S.Abdur Rahman University reserves the right to re-schedule the test and/or change the test centre at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons thereof, and as warranted by the circumstances. In such case of eventuality, the candidate will be allotted to the nearest city where the BSAUEEE is held with due intimation.

  3. B.S.Abdur Rahman University reserves the exclusive right to reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof.

  4. All disputes in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Chennai.

  5. All the information pertaining to BSAUEEE 2010 will be posted on the web site, and no separate communication, by email or other means, will be sent to candidates.

  6. The information that you provide in the application form will be used by B.S.Abdur Rahman University.
