Viju Thomas - CEO
 Viju has over 20 years experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur. He started his IT career in India with IDM and soon moved to Wipro in their International Operations Division where he played key roles in the setting up and establishing the distribution model in Russia and Eastern Europe. He has held senior management positions in Tektronix Inc, responsible for Southern and Western Regions and then at BPL where he was responsible for channel and OEM sales.

 He took over as CEO of QSupport, a start-up ITES company with operations in India and USA. He later became the CEO of Real Image Media Technology in Chennai which is a leader in providing products and solutions to the broadcasting and digital cinema industry. He then spent 3 years advising Beatnik Inc. for their business strategy in the Telecom VAS area.

 Viju was earlier providing strategic assistance to Blueshift and has taken over from July of this year. He brings with him a deep understanding of technology business coupled with strong operational and managerial experience in business development and OEM partnering.

He holds an Honors degree in Engineering from the University of Ulster and a Masters in Engineering Computation from Queen’s University, UK.

Sarang Gangan – National Sales Manager
Sarang brings a decade of experience in consultative sales and account management.  In his previous stints he has worked with SQL Star International and Ernst & Young.  Sarang holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and PG Diploma in Marketing and Systems. 

Sarang is responsible for new business development and managing key accounts & client relationship.  He has been a key member of the Blueshift’s team that implemented several pioneering ideas in the online registration and testing/assessment services for many of the Blueshift’s clients.

Krishnan Pudupakkam Mudumbai – Head Technology
Krishnan has over 17 years of working with varied industries, at companies such as Lionbridge, Solution Net, ADP, Zurich, Kumaran Systems, Synectics(Shriram Group).

Prior to Blueshift he served as a project manager of Lionbridge, one of premier localization company. His track record also includes setting up of onsite development Team in Muscat.

He provided technology expertise, strategy and project management for customers like Aveva(UK), Canbank factors, Alomaniya financial services(Muscat), Zurich Payroll solutions(US).

Pari Ranganathan, Program Manager
Pari heads the professional services team at Blueshift and is in charge of delivery, client management and customer support.
He comes in with over 12 years of experience in the IT Industry. He has held leadership positions in Program management, Delivery management, Sales & Pre Sales, Business Requirement Analysis, Account Management, Customer Relations, End-user Training and Business Consulting.  Pari brings on board strong domain expertise in the HR and Education space and has been working closely with large corporates and top academic institutions in India consulting on technology, process management and quality. Prior to joining Blueshift, Pari delivered Business Development and Business Analyst mandates in two technology firms; Pari has been with Blueshift since Jan 2005.

Pari has an M.B.A from ITM, Chennai & a Bachelors degree in Engineering from SIT, Bangalore University.
